BIOGRAPHY
Sergeant Homer Londene was the aerial engineer on a C-46 (Commando) transport plane. He was listed as missing in action and later known to be killed in action over Germany, on March 24, 1945. Londene and his plane were part of the Allies offensive across the Rhine from the American 9th Army and British 2nd Army.
